Bluerock Status Tracker Process

The Bluerock status tracker process is a critical operation for the transport team within the Logistics department.

Our solution has been successfully implemented for Bleckmann in Belgium. It was designed using the UiPath RPA tool and deployed with 1 unattended robot operating 24/7, ensuring continuous and reliable performance.
 

Addressing shipment status gaps

The BlueRock team faces a significant challenge, missing around 10% of daily shipment statuses from all 18 carriers. Our RPA bot is designed to efficiently address this issue:
 

• Export Missing Statuses: The bot generates a report of all missing shipment statuses.
   
• Third-Party Lookup: It performs lookups on the third-party tracking and tracing (T&T) webpages of the 18 carriers for each shipment with a missing status.
   
• Data Scraping and CSV creation: The bot scrapes the necessary data and creates a CSV file.
   
• File Delivery: The CSV file is sent to BlueRock accordingly.

This automation not only streamlines the tracking process but also significantly enhances the accuracy and completeness of shipment statuses, ensuring that the BlueRock team can operate more effectively.
