Update Invoices to MyDHL+ Process


The Update Invoices to MyDHL+ process is a critical operation within their Logistics department. TalosNation has acquired this project through one of our Belgium partners, Infanion.


Our solution has been successfully implemented for DHL in Belgium. It was designed using the Power Automate RPA tool and deployed with 3 unattended robot operating 24/7, ensuring continuous and reliable performance.
 

Addressing Invoice conversion challenges


The shipping teams were facing significant challenges in converting invoices to CSV due to extensive data manipulation and the application of multiple business rules. This process was time-consuming and prone to errors. Our RPA bot is designed to tackle this issue efficiently:
 

  • Invoice Download: The robot downloads the invoices.
     
  • Data Manipulation and Business Rule Application: It applies all necessary business rules and performs the required data manipulation to generate a perfect CSV file.
     
  • Excel to PDF Conversion: The robot converts the Excel file (Invoice) to PDF.
     
  • File Reupload: The final output files (CSV & PDF) are reuploaded to the RPA portal for user download.


This automation has significantly enhanced the shipping operations within their Logistics department, handling a high volume of invoices with exceptional accuracy and speed.
